Online assessment training: sample report
As part of the online assessment training, you will review a sample report of The Bridge Personality test. The report shows scores on 34 Big Five competencies, the participant’s Jung Type, results on the 4-Color model with a color wheel, and 8 commonly used competencies.
During the training, we also explain the different report options: a Big Five report for recruitment and selection, a Big Five + 16 Jung Types report, a Sales report for commercial roles, and a Team report for team workshops.

This interactive session (for up to 12 participants) focuses on how to design and run 360 feedback projects, select and manage rater groups, and interpret the results in a meaningful way. In this 360 feedback training special attention is given to translating feedback into clear development actions and to ensuring that the process remains fair, transparent and constructive.
4-Color Team Workshop – Do-It-Yourself Kit
With a subscription to the Bridge Assessment Platform, this workshop kit is available free of charge for organizations. The 4-color test team workshop provides all the materials you need to run your own team session using the 4-Color model and/or the 16 Jung Types. It includes individual personality reports for team members, a team workshop report, and ready-to-use presentation slides. Together with a TestGroup consultant, you can decide how the workshop will be structured and when it will take place online.

Preparation for the online assessment course
