The TestGroup team
TestGroup was founded in 2007 by Dr. Thomas Sitser. Thomas is well-known in the business of test publishing. He previously set up OPP in the Netherlands (as Country Manager Benelux) and was the director of Hudson.
In addition to his duties as Managing Director at TestGroup, Thomas is involved in the development and validation of TestGroup’s products. Thomas obtained his doctoral degree in psychological research from Erasmus University in 2014. He has a PhD in the use of personality tests and ability tests during selection procedures. Thomas is the author of The Bridge Personality, one of the most used personality tests in the Netherlands and Belgium. The Bridge Personality has now been translated into 20 languages.

The Bridge Personality has been translated into 20 languages and is a trusted tool for organizations across the globe. All TestGroup assessments are developed in collaboration with Dutch universities, and many of these tests have been published internationally. Examples include The Bridge Career, The Bridge Ability Suite, The Bridge Happiness Indicator, The Bridge 360, The Bridge AI, and The Bridge Sales Performance.
TestGroup's headquarters is located on the Herengracht in Amsterdam. From this office, our enthusiastic team of 12 employees works on developing and implementing the latest psychological assessments for organizations worldwide.
The Amsterdam office also manages the global distribution network for The Bridge tests. Currently, The Bridge tests and online assessments (in local languages) are used in countries such as the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, Belgium, Brazil, France, Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Spain, Kenya, Lithuania, South Africa, and India.
