Our Team
TestGroup was founded in 2007 by Dr. Thomas Sitser. Thomas is well-known in "test country", he previously set up OPP in the Netherlands (as Country Manager Benelux) and was director of Hudson.
In addition to his duties as Managing Director at TestGroup, Thomas is involved in the development and validation of the TestGroup products. Thomas obtained his PhD from Erasmus University as a psychologist and researcher in 2014. He has a PhD in the use of personality tests and ability tests during selection procedures. Thomas is the author of The Bridge Personality, one of the most used personality tests in the Netherlands and Belgium. The Bridge Personality has now been translated into 14 languages.
All TestGroup tests have been developed in collaboration with universities in the Netherlands. Many of the tests have also been published internationally
TestGroup's head office is located on Herengracht in Amsterdam. From this office, our enthusiastic team of 7 employees works on developing and deploying the latest psychological tests within organizations all over the world. TestGroup also has employees in Germany and Nepal
Predicting sales performance
TestGroup also specializes in predicting sales success through personality questionnaires. We also advise many organizations at home and abroad on optimizing the performance of sales teams. TestGroup, together with various universities, publishes scientific articles about selecting the best sellers.
TestGroup's tests & online assessments
TestGroup is the developer of the Bridge assessment instruments, which are high-quality, scientific tests that are applied all over the world. All Bridge instruments have been developed by TestGroup in collaboration with universities in the Netherlands and abroad. TestGroup specializes in predicting work behavior with personality tests, cognitive ability tests and career tests. We advise local and international organizations on the application of online assessments.
