What is the Expat Assessment?

The online Expat Assessment is specifically designed to increase the chances of a successful placement of knowledge migrants. We examine not only job and organizational fit, but also whether the candidate is ready to work and live in an international environment.

The assessment measures work and reasoning level, motivation and drivers, personality and competencies, and – if relevant – leadership style and management skills.

The report concludes with a clear summary and practical advice: how the candidate can best develop, what support is useful, and to what extent their competencies, personality, and level (vocational, bachelor’s, or master’s) align with the job and organization.

Consultation with a TestGroup consultant

After completing the online assessment, you can discuss the report free of charge with a TestGroup consultant, either by phone or via Google Meet. In this session, you will receive additional explanation of the results and advice on the candidate’s further development.
