What is the Expat Assessment?

The online Expat Assessment is specifically designed to increase the chances of a successful placement of knowledge migrants. We examine not only job and organizational fit, but also whether the candidate is ready to work and live in an international environment.

The assessment measures work and reasoning level, motivation and drivers, personality and competencies, and – if relevant – leadership style and management skills.

The report concludes with a clear summary and practical advice: how the candidate can best develop, what support is useful, and to what extent their competencies, personality, results from the 4 color personality test, and level (vocational, bachelor’s, or master’s) align with the job and organization.
