To use the Bridge Assessment platform, you need to set up an account and buy credits in advance. You will use these credits to take tests and online assessments from TestGroup. Each test has a different credit price, so you only pay for what you need. This system is clear and cost-effective, especially if you take more than 10 assessments each year.

Getting started: how to order a corporate account with credits?

• Step 1: Go to the order page to purchase the account, where you can specify how many credits you wish to buy.
• Step 2: After your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your account will be set up, and you will receive the login details within one hour via email.
• Step 3: Send TestGroup the logos you’d like to include in the account and on the reports.
• Step 4: You can start using the online assessments immediately, and you’ll receive the invoice afterward.
• Step 5: TestGroup will schedule a short Google Meet to walk you through the account. This meeting will take approximately 30 minutes.

Individual purchase, account with credits, or unlimited access?

• Occasional use: If you only need a few tests per year (less than 10), single test purchases for individual candidates are the most cost-effective option.

Which Bridge tests are available in The Bridge Assessment Platform?

There are many different tests and online assessments available in The Bridge Platform. In over 20 languages. Many tests, such as The Bridge Personality, have different reports available. Each one of these tests has a different credit price. With a subscription for unlimited test usage, you can use all and as many tests as you want for a period of 12 months.

• The Bridge Personality : the most used personality test by companies and organizations in many countries for over 15 years. There are 7 different reports available, including a teamreport.
• The Bridge Personality Quickscan: a short personality test that allows you to measure the personality of your candidate or employee in just 12 minutes.
• The Bridge Ability Suite: a cognitive ability test available on the vocational, college, or university-level. Measures numerical aptitude (arithmetic), verbal aptitude (linguistic insight), and logical reasoning.
  
• The Bridge Ability Online: a short cognitive ability test, measures general mental ability in 18 minutes.
• The Bridge Career: the most comprehensive career test in the world. Available on the vocational and bachelor/university level.
• The Bridge 360: an online 360-degree feedback tool to measure employee performance. Easy to use.
• The Bridge AI: an online interview tool that uses artificial intelligence. In the interview, candidates are invited to answer three open-ended questions. A report is generated, which has scores on the Big Five personality traits and six competencies (Six Drives)
• The Bridge Happiness at Work indicator: a work happiness test that helps you gain insight not only into the work happiness of your client or employee, but also into any possible burnout symptoms.
