The one-day Bridge qualifying training

The Bridge qualification training focuses on the selection and development of personnel using The Bridge Personality (personality test) and the Bridge Ability Suite (cognitive ability test). You can order this in-company training at the order page for online assessments.

Please note that this accreditation course is not mandatory for using The Bridge Personality or any other Bridge assessment tool. You can also order the Bridge tests & online assessments without this training. The Bridge qualifying course is meant for clients who want to broaden their knowledge of using assessment tools during selection and recruitment.

You will learn how to link the 34 Big Five competencies in The Bridge Personality to each job profile;
After completion, you will be qualified to use The Bridge Personality and The Bridge Ability Suite;
You will receive your own account on the Bridge Assessment Platform so that you can immediately use the Bridge instruments;
Duration: 1 day (on-site or online), maximum of 12 participants;

This training provides thorough insight into the Bridge tests (The Bridge Personality and The Bridge Ability Suite) and provides you with the knowledge and skills to apply the Bridge tests in your daily work. You learn how to administer online assessments during your recruitment and selection process. In addition, you will get practice in linking Bridge Personality to candidates. After this training, you will be fully able to independently conduct online assessments within your organization.
