Prevent candidate faking with algorithms

The Bridge Personality is the only personality questionnaire in the world which applies algorithms for drawing up personality reports. With these algorithms ( so called 'normative-ipsative split technology') it’s possible to determine on which of the 34 dimensions your candidate has answered in a faking manner. This gives a very useful insight during selection and recruitment. This way you know exactly on which dimension your candidate had doubts.

Because of the use of this technique, The Bridge Personality is one of the most used personality questionnaires. It is a valid and reliable instrument focused on the candidate’s functioning in work situations.

You can also use The Bridge Personality for selecting sales employees through the use of the sales report.
