Our team

TestGroup was founded in 2007 by Dr. Thomas Sitser. Thomas is well-known in the business of test publishing. He previously set up OPP in the Netherlands (as Country Manager Benelux) and was the director of Hudson.

In addition to his duties as Managing Director at TestGroup, Thomas is involved in the development and validation of TestGroup’s products. Thomas obtained his doctoral degree in psychological research from Erasmus University in 2014. He has a PhD in the use of personality tests and ability tests during selection procedures. Thomas is the author of The Bridge Personality, one of the most used personality tests in the Netherlands and Belgium. The Bridge Personality has now been translated into 14 languages.

All TestGroup tests have been developed in collaboration with universities in the Netherlands. Many of the tests have also been published internationally.

TestGroup's head office is located on Herengracht in Amsterdam. From this office, our enthusiastic team of 7 employees works on developing and deploying the latest psychological tests within organizations all over the world.

Our worldwide distribution network is also managed from our office on Herengracht. Our tests (in local languages) are currently used in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Brazil, Poland, Czech Republic, England, Kenya, Rumania, Lithuania, South Africa and India.

Predicting sales performance with personality questionnares

TestGroup also specializes in predicting sales success through personality questionnaires. We advise many organizations at home and abroad on optimizing the performance of sales teams. TestGroup, together with various universities, publishes scientific articles about selecting the best sales employees.
