Regarding the measurement method: The MBTI and the 16 Jung Types of The Bridge Personality use letter combinations (e.g., ESTP) to identify the 16 Jung Types. A key detail is that the MBTI uses an ipsative questionnaire, while The Bridge Personality and Insights Discovery use a mix of ipsative and normative questions.
